Expected base salary is $70k – $80k plus commission at targeted plan for at total compensation of $150k – $165k OTE +

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization’s products in a specified territory or major geographical area primarily utilizing telecommunication tools such as phone, web conferencing and email. Some Face-to-Face meetings are required as well.
Essential Functions

- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
- Conducts web meetings remotely and perform onsite meetings as necessary.
- Cold Calling on all prospective customers.

- Demonstrate TreadSpec product to all prospective customers.
- Review existing territory customer base for add on and new business.
- Utilization of Microsoft Dynamics by entering in Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, etc.
- Assists with contract negotiations within company guidelines, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
- Assists with the planning of sales exhibits as needed.
- Attends local trade shows as needed to assist distributors in selling TraXtion products.
- Submit sales documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoots problems regarding products as needed.
- Answers questions from clients and redirect or handle complaints as needed.
- Manage complex sales.
- Meeting attendance and participation in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide management and corporate with accurate reports and contracts on a daily/ monthly/ weekly basis.
- Partner with Marketing to close leads.
- Follow up with customers to establish their satisfaction with product(s).
- Follow up and respond to internal and external communication within a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Travel
This position may require up to 75% travel as needed. Some travel is outside the local area and overnight.
Required Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience selling products and services to car dealerships (preferably technology solutions)
- Understanding of a dealership service department operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and prospective customers
- Able to effectively articulate the technology throughout the sales process
- Possesses a network of relationships of Dealership Principals, General Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, Service Directors and Managers
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Web Conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent Independent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Machine Vision Engineer
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art machine algorithms and image-based metrics for real-time analysis and quantification of surface features.
- Interface with lead software engineers to integrate image processing software with real-time data stream/capture.
- Participate in the development, refinement, and testing of imaging devices (including optics, illumination, and sensing devices).
- Perform computer programming (e.g. MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW, C++) and software development.
- Apply understanding of illumination technologies and strategies to develop image processing and algorithm development.
- Perform real-time implementation of machine vision algorithms to maximize the contrast of targeted features.
- Apply understanding of camera technologies to develop machine vision smart cameras and/or computer-based vision software systems.
- Apply understanding of lens technologies and strategies to develop image acquisition software and hardware development.
- Develop vision systems for robust industrial automation equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in electrical engineering, computer science, robotics, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, and C++.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning (CNNs), object/pattern detection, PC-based vision software, embedded systems, cloud services, and vision systems.
- Knowledge of linear algebra, 3D geometry, and point clouds.
Electrical Engineer
Duties:
- Design, plan, integrate, test, and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.
- Provide networking and system/application design.
- Perform hardware, software, and system installation, integration, and testing for projects.
- Customize system, hardware, and network configuration based on customer requirements.
- Provide customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty.
- Assist in creating training materials and project documentation, as needed.
- Provide design, analysis, coding/debugging, and maintenance of firmware, as well as Windows-based application software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, microprocessors, wireless communication, control systems, signal processing, digital image processing, and semiconductor devices.
- Experience in coding languages (C, C++, or Python), embedded protocols (UART, RS-232, TCP/IP, SPI, or I2C), and microcontrollers (ARM, Microchip PIC, or Intel).
- Experience with circuit (PCB) design and routing, component placement, and schematic diagrams.
