Overview:
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the primary liaison for our dealer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and ongoing success. From onboarding through long-term growth, the CSM manages post-launch support, virtual training, periodic reviews, and dealer engagement initiatives across a designated book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage book of 100–150 active automotive dealer partners.
· Participate in onboarding and consultation calls with the training team to ensure a seamless client transition.
· Conduct post-launch audits using the Client Success playbook to promote success and engagement.
· Attend launch meetings and training sessions with dealer personnel to demonstrate the TraXtion product line.
· Achieve monthly goals by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues.
· Complete touchpoints with each account, including proactive outreach and support within scheduled cadence.
· Deliver reoccurring Account Reviews by presenting KPI reports, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
· Share best practices to maximize platform ROI and user adoption.
· Partner with support team to monitor and resolve support tickets.
· Collaborate with Sales on upsell opportunities, new deals, and dealer personnel updates.
· Experience with working inside CRM is required. Use of HubSpot CRM, a plus.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in automotive software or retail dealership operations preferred
· Strong understanding of automotive retail industry workflows and dealership dynamics
· High-energy, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
· Confidence in delivering feedback and contributing to continuous improvement
· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
· Technologically proficient; strong experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· In-office position; some field and travel may be needed as necessary.
Compensation: $85,000 OTE. Base salary + Bonus

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization’s products in a specified territory or major geographical area primarily utilizing telecommunication tools such as phone, web conferencing and email. Some Face-to-Face meetings are required as well.

The Electromechanical Assembly Technician role is a staff position and a lead role within the Production department. The expectation is that this person will become an expert on TraXtion product assembly and then provide technical expertise to other new hire technicians on best practices, assembly methods, troubleshooting, and repair techniques for all TraXtion physical products.
Essential Functions

· Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions to accurately assemble components to required specifications.
· Execute detailed assembly instructions with precision and consistency.
· Assemble equipment by integrating, fastening, calibrating and wiring system components.
· Reference and follow Bills of Materials, Process Controls and Work Instructions.
· Perform reviews, validation testing, and updates to assembly Work Instruction documents.
· Install operating systems, network configurations, and application software on systems utilizing embedded computers and connected network devices.
· Utilize test equipment such as multimeters, calipers, and other custom test fixtures.
· Identify and communicate production issues to the Production Manager and Engineering team to support timely corrective actions.
· Maintain an ongoing commitment and involvement in the quality improvement process.
· Provide cross-functional support to other product lines to help balance workloads and ensure production flow.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, including calibration and testing areas. Perform occasional use of bench-top soldering equipment to assemble cables and prototype circuits boards for engineering.
· Stay abreast of the latest developments of the company’s technology.
· Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salaried position. Hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Some weekends and overtime are required.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
· High School diploma or GED
· 5 or more years of experience as an electro-mechanical assembly technician.
· Familiarity with assembling products with AC & DC power, Ethernet, and control cabling.
· Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Experience assembling, calibrating, and testing systems that use cameras or lasers.
2. Familiarity with Ethernet network devices and functionality
3. Associates degree or higher.
