When you sign on with TraXtion, we’ll ensure you are set up for success with our solutions. Implementation will start with integration set up, any deliverables needed at your location, and then training will begin once the installation process is complete. We will train your users virtually through Microsoft Teams, however in-store training is available in half-day or full-day sessions. Ask your Sales Manager for details.
We’ll train your team on how to use the equipment, and how to read/share results.
We’ll show you how to monitor your team’s successes. For example, if a customer’s tires reported red, did your team sell that customer new tires? Or, if yellow, did they schedule a follow up call with customer?
We’ll end the day with your management team to set a path forward.
We’ll ensure buy-in and help identify where problem areas or resistance could be.
After we’ve spent time on the initial installation and training, we’ll have a follow-up call in two to three weeks after for a “health check.” We’ll break down your numbers to see what’s working and discuss potential areas for improvement.
Then, we’ll set up a quarterly call. It will be a quick check in to walk through questions, concerns, performance and more. And we can discuss trends, usage and best practices on your team that can be shared with other staff.
