But, to see your tire and alignment profits truly skyrocket, the TraXtion team will train and regularly meet with you to make sure you’re getting the most from our state-of-the-art software.

When you sign on with TraXtion, we’ll send one of our five Success Coaches to your dealership. We’ll spend a full day with your advisors and managers (in some cases, we’ll meet virtually).

Setting you up for success

We’ll train your team on how to use the equipment, and how to read/share results.

We’ll show you how to monitor your team’s successes. For example, if a customer’s tires reported red, did your team sell that customer new tires? Or, if yellow, did they schedule a follow up call with customer?

We’ll end the day with your management team to set a path forward.

We’ll ensure buy-in and help identify where problem areas or resistance could be.

Health check

After we’ve spent a day with you, we’ll have a follow-up call in two to three weeks after for a “health check.” We’ll break down your numbers to see what’s working and discuss potential areas for improvement.

Ongoing training

Then, we’ll set up a monthly call. It will be a quick check in to walk through questions, concerns, performance and more. And we can discuss trends, usage and best practices on your team that can be shared with other staff.
